Perbadanan Pengurusan East Lake Residence 2nd Annual General Meeting held on 8th July 2017 (Saturday) 2.00pm at multipurpose hall, East Lake Residence. About 25 residents attended, new council members was elected during the meeting.
Beside adopt the last meeting minute and finance report, The Meeting also accept the review of the maintenance fees and sinking fund which pursuant of Strata Management Act 2013.The New Rate of maintenance fees will started from 1st January 2018.
Meeting was adjourned after 45 minute discussion.All attendance are invited to Hari Raya Open house just after the AGM.
