On 24th September 2016, About 350 residents gather along poolside to celebrate Annual Event -Mid Autumn Festival, about 10 residents members received reward on their good academy result.

Lantern parade, Clown Show time, Lantern making contest welcome all the attendance. The event started with the Speech by Member of Parliament Serdang YB Dr.Ong Kian Ming.

The Organizing committee special thanks all the sponsor and also YB Dr.Ong Kian Ming. Ong Maju Property Management Sdn Bhd is one of the sponsor for this event.

Ong Maju Property Management Sdn Bhd organized “Standard Account Report Briefing” on 17/09/2016 at East Lake Residence Function Room. The briefing was conduct by Mr Liau Kay Lim (Account Manager) of Ong Maju.

About 10 staff from Seri Kembangan Site attended the briefing and Mr Liau presented Standard Account Report to all the attendant and informed that this briefing is not only for seri kembangan zone and will arranged for others zone as well.

Ong Maju Property Management Sdn Bhd organized mid autumn festival for mutiara court community, on 10th September 2016 at playground area.About 100 multi race residents attended the first ever event With the lead by JMB Chairman Mr Moo Hong Kee, the lantern parade was carried out by the residents.

On 15th September 2016, another Mid autumn festival was organized, about 120 Ritz Residence owners and family members attended. Ritz Residence JMB Treasurer Mr Philip Tan welcomed all the owners for supporting this event. Ritz Residence JMB Chairman Mr Leong also invited to delivery a speech.

A buffer dinner be serve to all the owners, and also 100 lantern was given up to all the kids.

Two Annual General Meeting was organized by Ong Maju Property Management Sdn Bhd on 19th June 2016. The 7th Annual General Meeting of Persatuan Penduduk Taman Residensi,Kuala Lumpur held on the 9.00am morning, about 30 owners attended to discuss all the related..

Mr Simon Sun, President of Persatuan Penduduk Taman Residensi,Kuala Lumpur welcome all the residents , followed by Secretary Mr Martin Bong and Treasurer Ms Kathy Chee both presented their report which unanimous adopted and accept by the floor. Mr Sekar highlited few security issued to all the attendee.

No Election been carry out, meeting concluded peacefully.

At Ampang Boulevard, 11 owners was elected in the Badan Pengurusan Bersama Ampang Boulevard 5th Annual General Meeting, total of 23 eligible owners attend.

Last meeting minute, 2014 Audit account report adopt and accept by the floor without any inquiries, many of the resolution was passed.

Ong Maju Property Management Sdn Bhd organised Water Meter Migration Briefing at Villamas 1 Townhouse conducted by Syabas Officer Mr Krisnamuthy. About 30 owners attended and have a clear picture on the Water Meter Migration process.Water Meter Migration exercise will be completed with two months.

With conjunction of the Recycle Awareness Campaign , Ong Maju Property Management Sdn Bhd organized a Recycling Project Briefing on 29th May 2016 at SD Tiara Apartment Multipurpose Hall. The briefing conducted by Ms. Joanne Chen, although the turn-up is far on our expectation, but with this event, the residents gain more knowledge on the waste separation.

Ong Maju Property Management Sdn Bhd top management Mr U Chin Ong, Mr Lim Wai Ming and Mr Wong Kok Wai were invited by Majils Perbandaran Subang Jaya to attend “Community Lab – Making Bandar Putra Permai and Seri Kembangan Safe and Liveable” 23 & 24 May 2016 at Palm Garden Hotel, Putrajaya.

Mr U Chin Ong give his opinion on the upgrading traffic flow of Serdang Raya and Serdang Perdana. During the two days community lab, he propose to build a flyover at Serdang Perdana to divert traffic out from Serdang Perdana. Beside giving opinions on traffic flow, he also gives point of view of issues in the surrounding area, whereby MBSJ have to pay more attention.

YB Ean Yong Hian Hua (Exco Selangor) and Mayor of MBSJ Mr Ismail also delivery his speech on the suggestions to make Putra Permai and Seri Kembangan a better place to live. MBSJ will undertake further studies on all suggestion from the zone representative.

Ong Maju Property Management Sdn Bhd has organize a Strata Management Act 2013 (ACT 757) seminar for all the internal site in charge at KIP Hotel Kuala Lumpur on 21/05/2015.

Director of COB MPS Mr Aminuddin B. Hussien are invited to share on the implementation of new Strata Management Act which enforced since June 2015. Representative from Oversea Assurance Corporation (M) Bhd Mr Lim Hou Kong and Ms Chong Siao Leng also presented Building Fire Insurance package and claiming process to all the attendee. With these experience sharing, all the site in charge are more confident to face all the challenge and issued pertaining to operation matter.
